With so many great venues in the KC area, we’ve decided to highlight a few of our favorites as a part of a new series, “Kansas City VENUE Spotlight”! Today, our intern Loree is sharing with us information on the incredible Gallery Event Space.
The Gallery Event Space is a classic and timeless venue for any seasonal wedding. It has unique features such as floor to ceiling windows and a balcony that is overlooking the Power and Light District of Kansas City.
This incredible space can accommodate up to 400 seated guests and 600 guests in a cocktail style. The venue offers LED lighting around the ceiling with customized color options. The Gallery Event Space has 9,000 square feet to offer and will include certain features to help make your event more successful. Some of those features include: round banquet tables, cocktail tables, and portable bars.
House chairs, standard black and white linens, china, silverware, and bar glassware are also included. Some of the other great items they will provide are skirted staging, projectors and the screen, wireless microphones, lapel microphones, and the house sound system. The Gallery Event Space will even provide onsite catering and the Lounge Package to all those who book an event with them. To help make the event seamless, an Event Planner will also be provided to help with all the finer details.
